Protect Medical Marijuana Patients Bill Support Petition
- Allowing medical marijuana evaluations via remote means, including telemedicine.
- Allowing medical marijuana patients age 18+ to purchase cannabis from recreational. dispensaries without the burdens of taxes, and at medical potencies and quantities to prevent infection spread between communities.
- Allowing medical marijuana patients without Internet access to purchase cannabis with new or renewal application paperwork and proof of mailing for up to 90 days.
